Football icon Kyle Walker has yet again failed to send Christmas gifts to his two children with Lauryn Goodman.
The 34-year-old Manchester City player has an estimated wealth of £27million and has once again overlooked his son Kairo and daughter Kinara for the second consecutive year, despite claiming to friends he would do the “right thing.”
This situation has left Lauryn feeling quite disappointed, according to sources.
One insider shared: “All of their mutual friends have reached out to Kyle.
“They are truly concerned for the kids and for Lauryn, who consistently strives to do what’s right for them.
“There was hope that Kyle would set aside his differences for their sake.
“However, leaving them without gifts again this year is genuinely upsetting.”
Last Christmas, a series of events unfolded involving Lauryn, Kyle, and his then-pregnant partner Annie.
Lauryn announced her pregnancy with Kyle’s second child via a text to Annie on December 27, causing significant public strife.
Kyle later confessed to deceiving both women and subsequently moved out of the family home in Cheshire.
Annie filed for divorce in October and is preparing to claim half of his assets.
This news comes after The Sun reported that Kyle spent a few hours on Christmas Day with Annie and their four sons before leaving for training.
Lauryn became pregnant while Kyle was briefly separated from Annie in 2019, and Kairo was born in the following year.
After their split, he and Annie reconciled and eventually got married in 2021.
Kyle and Lauryn maintained communication, spent time together, and occasionally engaged in activities with Kairo, even briefly reviving their relationship prior to Kinara’s conception.
The insider remarked: “Kyle had told their mutual friends that the children would receive presents this year.
“They remain hopeful that he will fulfill this, and perhaps some gifts might arrive in the New Year as proof that Kyle does care.”
A source close to Kyle noted: “He offers financial assistance to the children.
“He has never participated in Lauryn’s Christmas celebrations with the kids.
“There’s no reason to expect this year will be any different.”
