He played a crucial role in guiding Inter Miami to the Eastern Conference championship, although they faced elimination in the playoffs against Atlanta United.

Former teammate Oscar Ustari shared insights into Messi’s remarkable stamina and commended the Argentine’s character.

He mentioned on DSports Radio: “Messi is extremely competitive; he outshines at everything he pursues. Some teammates who haven’t played with him are in awe.

“At his caliber, nothing is mere coincidence. His dedication to football, training, and the desire to consistently prove himself shines through.

“He has a passion for what he does. On my first day at the club, he was performing pull-ups while unclothed, and we all watched.

“He shows respect to everyone he meets and is very family-oriented. He positively affects those around him.

“He is actively involved with the academy and is aware of everything happening. That’s my perspective of him.”

Another former teammate recounted his experience with Messi, admitting he felt too intimidated to speak during their first encounter.
