TS Galaxy’s head coach, Adnan Beganovic, attributes the team’s success to key signings like former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Kegan Dolly and several other additions to the Rockets this season.
This season, the Rockets have brought in over 10 new players, including Dolly, who joined the club in November after a four-month period without a team following his exit from Chiefs at the end of the last season.
TS Galaxy achieved a 1-0 victory against Mamelodi Sundowns on Tuesday, moving up to fourth place in the league standings. Beganovic expressed his satisfaction with the outcome, highlighting the quality of their signings and the influence they are poised to make throughout the season.
“I want to emphasize that we have done remarkably in acquiring our players. Prior to their signings, we communicated our requirements to the chairman (Tim Sukazi),” Beganovic stated.
“Regarding our needs, I believe we have achieved outstanding results, which fills me with pride. We recognize the importance of quality and what is required to stay competitive. Our goal is to strive for success, and we won’t rest until the season concludes.”
The Bosnian coach recognized that every player has a vital role in the Rockets, and he is pleased with the overall performance of the team in every game.
“We have 32 players, and I take pride in how effectively each one contributes when they step onto the field. Their commitment and tactical understanding are commendable,” Beganovic remarked.
“It is truly rewarding to see that all players comprehend our vision and objectives. This understanding aids in preparing for the upcoming matches.”
Galaxy’s next task will be a match against Durban City in the Nedbank Cup round of 16 at Chatsworth Stadium on Friday (19:00).
