The 39-year-old coach was let go by the Saints just before the Christmas holidays.

Martin departed the club while they were languishing at the bottom of the Premier League, having gained promotion through the playoffs last season.
During his brief time in charge, the ex-Swansea manager gathered just five points from 16 games.
His dismissal followed a disheartening 5-0 loss at home to Tottenham, with Croatian Ivan Juric stepping in as the new manager.
Martin is set to make his debut on Sky’s Monday Night Football on March 10.
He has kept a low profile since the announcement of his firing.
As a former Premier League coach, Martin will join Jamie Carragher in the MNF studio to discuss tactical strategies.
The pair will preview the upcoming match between West Ham and Newcastle in East London.
