Bafana Bafana has revealed its final squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Benin this month, marking the return of Percy Tau.
Tau, who has experienced a tumultuous relationship with the national team, hasn’t played since the World Cup qualifier against Zimbabwe in June, but he remains the team’s vice-captain.
Ronwen Williams has also made a comeback after being absent from several matches with Mamelodi Sundowns recently.
Bafana coach Hugo Broos has opted to include Lyle Foster in the squad, despite him recently suffering an injury while playing for Burnley.

Jayden Adams is back in the squad after being unavailable during the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in October due to allegations of misconduct prior to the team camp.

Bafana will face Lesotho at Peter Mokaba Stadium on March 21, followed by a match against Benin at a neutral venue in Ivory Coast on March 25.
Coach Broos has expressed his objective of securing six points from these matches and is optimistic that Nigeria will also achieve victories in their respective games.
