Clearwater Mall Brings Back Classic Holiday Spirit for a Timeless School Celebration

Johannesburg – Clearwater Mall is welcoming this winter’s school holidays with Oh Happy Days, a delightful sports and games activation showcasing bowling, basketball, board games, and quality playtime away from screens.

From 27 June to 11 July 2026 at Rochester Court on the upper level of the mall, this event will feature mini ten-pin bowling, mini basketball hoops, a giant noughts and crosses board, a family board game area, as well as a craft station and a host of other activities for children and families to enjoy together.

Oh Happy Days offers children a chance to be active, have fun, and participate in friendly competition purely for enjoyment.

Clearwater Mall aims to evoke feelings of nostalgia this winter school break, reminiscent of the holidays parents fondly remember from their childhood.

“We wanted to provide something unique compared to the usual school holiday workshops,” says Prianka Singh Rodgers, Marketing Manager at Clearwater Mall.

“With a variety of activities available every day for two weeks, families don’t require a special occasion to come and visit.

Oh Happy Days could easily become a staple on the school holiday checklist, a place where parents can bring their kids multiple times.”

Oh Happy Days will run Monday to Saturday from 11am to 7pm, and Sunday from 11am to 4pm, throughout the entire two-week holiday period.

Slots are available for R50 and can be booked through Webtickets.

For an economical, nostalgic way to fill the school holidays, Clearwater Mall’s Rochester Court is definitely worth a visit this winter.
