The 32-year-old looked gorgeous in a light purple bikini on a Hawaiian beach, right before her journey to London for one of tennis’s most esteemed Grand Slam events.

Just three weeks ago, it was announced that Bouchard would participate in the Legends competition—an annual gathering for former professionals—during the Championships this summer.

Additionally, she will join the BBC commentary team, following high praise from her previous stint with TNT Sports in the United States.

Bouchard clearly has a knack for being in front of the camera, alongside a deep knowledge of Wimbledon.

While she never won a Grand Slam title, Bouchard reached the semi-finals in both the Australian and French Opens, with her most notable accomplishment being her appearance in the Wimbledon final twelve years ago.

She officially announced her retirement last summer in her hometown of Montreal but is embracing this new chapter of her life.

In a recent interview with SunSport, she stated: “It’s quite busy here. I’m enjoying it so far. I love going live on TV.”

“I feel it gives me that adrenaline rush I used to experience while playing tennis.”

“I’m not entirely sure how I’m doing. I feel like a novice in this new setting. I’m giving it my all.”

“I’m set to work for the BBC at Wimbledon, and I’ll also be partaking in the Legends event, marking my first experience of such at any Grand Slam since retiring.”

“Interestingly, I retired last August and received an invitation from Wimbledon in December.

“They invited me to join the Legends event, and I thought: ‘Guys, it’s been three months since I retired, can I get a year off?’

“But, of course, it’s a great honor. I’m thrilled to be involved.”

This news follows the BBC’s decision to revamp its coverage based on feedback from the All England Club.

After 23 years in his role, Andrew Castle chose to step down, with Bouchard joining Jamie Murray and Kyle Edmund among others in the new lineup of commentators.
