Iconic figure from the PREMIER LEAGUE, Ashley Cole, is reportedly set to part ways with Serie B club Cesena after just eight appearances.
The 45-year-old began his inaugural managerial role with the Italian club in March.

He signed a short-term contract that included an option for renewal based on specific conditions during his time with the team.
However, just three months into his term, Cole is expected to depart.
Reports from the Italian source La Gazzetta dello Sport suggest he briefly discussed a potential contract extension with the Cesena administration.
Nonetheless, it is now “almost certain” he will leave the club by the end of the month.

Possible successors include Guido Pagliuca, Emanuele Troise, and Stefano Vecchi.
Cole managed only eight games at Cesena, achieving one win, three draws, and four losses.
His appointment was met with skepticism from fans in March, and several players reportedly expressed concerns.
The former Arsenal and Chelsea player admitted he faced challenges with the language barrier upon arrival.

Cole expressed during a podcast episode of Could It Be Magic?: “I understand how important language is.
“It’s crucial, and I faced challenges in finding the right assistant. I jumped into the unknown, seizing this opportunity as I couldn’t say no.
“I had to either succeed or falter, and so far, it seems manageable.
“This position is unlike any I’ve held before, and I had no clear expectations.
“Navigating the language barrier has been difficult. I’ve spent time in Italy and my wife is Italian, but I don’t often use the language.
“So, I’ve had to revisit the basics to facilitate communication.
“Now, I need to continue conversations with players and enhance my language skills. I wasn’t involved much in matches as an assistant, which is vital in this role.
“It’s all about organizing your team, determining pressing tactics, and establishing defensive strategies. Numerous details require attention.
“However, having witnessed various coaching methods and management styles, I’m learning quickly.”
Since retiring at the end of the 2018/19 season, Cole has taken on coaching roles at Derby County, and also worked with England’s U21s, Everton, and Birmingham.
