Johannesburg – Air Europa is set to launch its inaugural flight connecting Madrid, Spain, to Johannesburg, South Africa, tomorrow, Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
This first flight will depart from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport at 23:45 and is expected to arrive at O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg at 09:50 on Thursday, June 25, 2026.
This new service signifies Air Europa’s first route into sub-Saharan Africa and aligns with the airline’s broader expansion strategy throughout the continent.
