This project highlights a wave of developments, including Club Med’s first resort in South Africa and upscale lifestyle estates, transforming KZN’s North Coast.
The region is becoming increasingly popular among affluent South Africans who seek a more laid-back alternative to Cape Town, complete with a warm climate and outdoor lifestyle.
Lamborghini’s portfolio includes branded residences in Dubai and Brazil, with future plans for projects in India and Thailand, as noted on his official website. He is the son of famed auto designer Ferruccio Lamborghini.
“The launch of our brand in Africa through Zimbali Lakes sets a new benchmark for branded hospitality and residential experiences on the continent, fusing Italian design philosophy with refined living and destination-oriented experiences in one of South Africa’s most ambitious mixed-use projects,” remarked IFA Hotels & Resorts.
