A MUAY THAI fighter heroically intervened to shield two women from an aggressive driver during a road rage incident.
The episode occurred in Queensland, Australia, captured on dashcam as a van abruptly swerved into another lane, cutting off the women.
After getting out of his vehicle and trying to open their door, 19-year-old fighter Ryan McDonald confronted the hostile driver.
Following a tense conversation, both McDonald and the irate driver removed their shirts, but fortunately, the situation calmed down.
McDonald expressed to Channel Seven: “It was just two girls on their own in the car.
“I thought it would be a good opportunity to help and utilize my skills to protect them or de-escalate the situation.”

The confrontation concluded without any physical violence when the driver realized that McDonald was a professional fighter with eight wins and four knockouts.
McDonald recounted, “He approached me once more and asked, ‘Are you sure you want this?’ I answered, ‘Yes.’”
Ultimately, the van driver retreated to his vehicle and left—an outcome McDonald considered the best possible conclusion.
He remarked: “It was the best result to de-escalate the situation… everyone returned home safely.”
The viral footage has garnered over two million views, with many praising McDonald for his courageous deed.
