Hosts Anele Mgudlwa, Frankie du Toit, Thembekile Mrototo, and Cindy Poluta are well-known for their cherished breakfast show that unearths the finest culinary treasures in Johannesburg. Past quests have led them to discover the city’s finest wings, chocolate cake, ribs, biltong, samoosas, burgers, and cheesecakes.
This time, their mission was to identify Johannesburg’s premier pizza, gathering recommendations from listeners throughout the city before declaring Settebello the victor.

For seven years, Settebello has been committed to preserving the traditions of Naples, using premium Italian ingredients like Caputo flour, Ciao tomatoes, and mozzarella sourced from Puglia Cheese.
Each pizza is carefully hand-stretched, slow-fermented for natural flavor enhancement, and baked at high temperatures in alignment with traditional Neapolitan practices.
