He acknowledges the presence of issues that don’t align with the standards of a prestigious club, especially the ongoing trend of “discount ticket sales.”
Despite the obstacles, he remains confident that positive changes are underway, emphasizing after taking over from owner Ken Davy: “I fully grasp the fans’ frustrations. As a fellow Giants supporter, it’s difficult to watch.”

“This is the direction we are embarking on now. It’s irrational to repeat the same actions while hoping for different results—this is something the club has engaged in. We will break this cycle.
“I understand their frustrations, and it resonates with me, and I know fans have shared their perspectives, which is entirely justified.
“In my opinion, if they are paying for admission, they certainly have the right to voice their thoughts. However, we are commencing a new chapter from this point onward.
